Who this notice covers
Contractor Growth OS (CGOS) provides assessment, implementation, and managed growth services for home-service companies. This notice describes information handled by the CGOS website and related services. A client’s own privacy notice, customer agreements, and platform terms may apply to information that client collects from its customers.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, request an assessment, or ask for an implementation review, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, market, service mix, operating context, current tools, and the growth problem you want to discuss. You can browse the public pages without submitting this information.
Information collected through the site
The site may receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and the time of a visit. We may also receive interaction data such as a completed assessment step or a link selected when analytics are enabled. We use this information in aggregate to understand site performance and improve clarity; we do not use it to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for services.
How we use information
- Respond to questions, requests, and assessment submissions.
- Prepare an appropriate conversation about fit, constraints, scope, and next steps.
- Deliver, configure, test, monitor, and improve services requested by a client.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep records of business communications.
- Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use assessment answers to provide a public scorecard about your company.
Service providers and connected systems
CGOS may use hosting, form, email, analytics, scheduling, communication, CRM, call, or integration providers to operate the website and deliver an approved client workflow. Those providers receive only the information needed for their service and are expected to protect it under their own terms and applicable agreements. A client’s connected systems may process customer information under that client’s instructions and policies.
Communications and choices
If you ask us to contact you, we may reply by the channel you provided. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time. Operational messages may continue when needed to complete a request or manage an active engagement. We do not require marketing consent as a condition of purchasing a service.
Cookies and analytics
Some pages may use essential storage to keep the site working and optional analytics to understand aggregate usage. Browser controls can block or delete cookies and similar storage, although disabling essential storage may affect functionality. Where a third-party analytics or scheduling tool is used, its own privacy notice also applies.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to respond, provide an agreed service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how your data is used. We may need to verify a request and may retain limited information where the law permits or requires it. To start a request, use the Contact page and mention “privacy request” in your message.
Children and third-party links
CGOS is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. The site may link to third-party services, platforms, or resources. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by CGOS.
Accessibility
We aim to make the site usable with keyboard navigation, semantic structure, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the Contact page to tell us what happened and which page was affected.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice when the site, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change when a revised version is posted. Material changes will be described on this page.
